What we supply
We would rather carry three lines we understand than thirty we resell blind. Each category below is one we can specify, document and stand behind.
01
Measurement & instrumentation
Pressure, temperature and position sensing for wellsite and surface equipment. Specified against your operating envelope — working pressure, temperature range, fluid, area classification — rather than against a catalogue page.
Supplier lines
[OEM LINES — TO CONFIRM ONCE AGREEMENTS ARE SIGNED]
Selection support
Send the duty and the standard; we come back with options and the trade-offs
Hazardous area
Certified variants supplied where the classification requires them, with the OEM certificate
Lead times
[TYPICAL LEAD TIME — TO CONFIRM]
02
Custom tools & fixtures
Small-batch tooling made to your drawing, or to a drawing we produce with you: handling and lifting tools, gauging and inspection fixtures, make-up and test equipment. This is the side of the business where we are the manufacturer, and it is where our engineering background does the most work.
No drawing yet
Describe the problem and the constraints; we produce the design and the calculations
Batch size
One-off and ten-off work accepted; most of this category is single figures
Materials
Grade and heat treatment selected for the duty, with material certs and heat numbers
Load-rated items
Proof-load tested and certified where the application requires it
03
Calibration & documentation
Instruments are worth nothing to your QA team without the records that go with them. We supply the certification package alongside the hardware, matched to what your procurement and inspection process actually asks for.
Calibration
Certificates traceable to a national standard, through [CALIBRATION PARTNER — TO CONFIRM]
OEM certificates
Passed through unaltered and in the manufacturer’s name, never reissued in ours
Material certification
EN 10204 3.1 certs supplied with heat numbers matching the delivered parts
Document packs
Assembled to your inspection and test plan before despatch, not after rejection
How we source
For instrumentation we work as an appointed channel for manufacturers whose products we can defend technically, and their certification stays in their name. For tooling we are the manufacturer and the certification is ours. We keep that line clear on every quotation, because a relabelled instrument with a broken certificate chain is worse than no instrument at all.

Describe the application. Most enquiries that start as a part number turn out to be a specification question.
